We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, but availability is not guaranteed.

Power and water supply are required for all mobile services – please ensure access at your location.

We may take a deposit to secure your booking via bank transfer, this is refundable if cancelled with 24 hour notice.

Customer satisfaction is important – If you're not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

No refunds unless approved at our discretion.

Additional fees may be applied for vehicles that require extensive cleaning, such as heavy pet hair, mold, or other hazardous conditions.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile components.

We may reschedule mobile jobs due to bad weather. in such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new date at no additional cost.

Some jobs may take longer than expected, depending on vehicle condition.

Payment is due upon completion – we accept cash and bank transfer.
