TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, but availability is not guaranteed.

 

  • Power and water supply are required for all mobile services – please ensure access at your location.

 

  • We may take a deposit to secure your booking via bank transfer, this is refundable if cancelled with 24 hour notice.

 

  • Customer satisfaction is important – If you're not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

 

  • No refunds unless approved at our discretion.

 

  • Additional fees may be applied for vehicles that require extensive cleaning, such as heavy pet hair, mold, or other hazardous conditions.

 

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile components.

 

  • We may reschedule mobile jobs due to bad weather. in such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new date at no additional cost.

 

  • Some jobs may take longer than expected, depending on vehicle condition.

 

  • Payment is due upon completion – we accept cash and bank transfer.

 

  • We respect your privacy – your information will never be shared.
